Ignition coils going bad? Fuel injectors?
So I am continuing to chase codes p0300,01,03,05 (random misfire and misfire on cylinders 1,3,5). I have replaced the OCV and cleaned its filter, changed the B1S2 O2 sensor due to thrown code, and changed the plugs. Misfires on cylinders 1,3,5 then led me to change the spark plug boots since the boots are on 1,3,5. I changed the boots and the problem persists. Is it possible my coils are going bad even if I am not getting an error from the cylinders the coils sit on (cyl 2,4,6)? If this is not the case I am thinking the fuel injectors but why cylinders 1,3,5? Is there any 1 thing that controls those 3?

Other things to look at maybe an emission control device not working properly, Check all the hoses coming from the charcoal canister and check if its not leaking.
If you can, get some one to look at your Fuel Trims on a scantool. This would help to know if its running lean or running rich.
Also get them to do an actuation test on all solenoids/actuators using the scantool. This would help to see/hear if the outputs are actually working.
Also are you able to use a voltmeter? Check what voltages your getting on B1S1 and B2S1 oxygen sensors. The signal wire should be cycling between 0.1V to 0.9V when the engine is fully warmed up and during idle and cruise conditions.

The problem ended up being the coil sitting on cylinder 2. Swapped it out in all of 10 minutes and the car runs like new. I ended up taking it to the dealer to have the diagnose. For $79 they tested a bunch of stuff. Other than a mild leak in the valve cover gasket (which I knew) it got a clean bill of health.
