Default RHD LHD radio compatibility

I have a us 99 gs with the non-navigation radio. I'm picking up an aristo shell to drift the shell has a navigation head unit. Will the RHD radio fit in my LHD dash since I won't need it in the drift car.

There's some gap on one side of the unit but I can't remember was it due to the fact it's RHD unit in a LHD dash and/or vice versa.
Someone freshen my memory.

Edit: To answer your question, it will fit but not necessarily perfectly (but that's irrelevant in this case).

Are you referring to the radio, or the center shift console? The radio should fit just fine considering most people run the [RHD] Toyota double din when converting to aftermarket head units.

Now that you mentioned it it was the center console not the navi/radio unit.

I knew the navigation wouldn't work with out a us hard drive, really only reason I'm thinking about swapping them is the fact my current radio the display works when it wants to
