So after replacing my door lock actuators and disconnecting the battery I threw a p1128 cel in my 2000 gs300. I've since replaced the TPS, throttle control motor, and pedal position sensor, and It doesn't fix the problem. I don't know what to do next, and this is getting frustrating.

Bad battery / alt could be it, may want to look into it.

Battery is just a few months old, I checked it with a volt meter 12.5 volts 14.5 volts when running

Everytime I disconnect my battery my car runs like ish. I have to disconnect and reconnect the battery a couple times and give it gas while it misfires for a few seconds. Then poof good as new. Codes turn off and runs great.

while I have never seen this code personally on a GS300, according to Toyota's repair manual, it should either be the throttle body, or the throttle control motor.

Good news for you however, Lexus has a warranty extension on most Lexus vehicles with electronic throttle control. This includes all GS models from 1998-2010. If it is found that the throttle body or motor is at fault, it is covered under warranty for UNLIMITED MILES until AUG 2016.

I've fixed the problem the tps was not set correctly which made the code come back up. My car is running great now, I've only owned my car for 2 months so I don't qualify to have my car repaired for free.
