Hi, I know the Black Pearl Sport Design grill was a special edition, but is the OEM grill the same as the Sport Design, just all chrome?

I know you can strip the black and there is chrome under, after reading this thread.

I ask because I would like to buy a near perfect or a cheap new 01+ grill and make it black chrome and I want to know if they are the same, because I could just strip off the black and use Dupli-Color Black Chrome on it.

Do you guys think the paint stripping process, could be done with this grill, again if it is the same design as the Sport Design?

Anyone? I can't seem to find the differences, besides the sport being chrome and I want to be sure.
