I heard my alarm two years ago by accident (something to do with doors not locking properly/battery going dead) and I could still to this day remember how it sounds like.
Four honks with alarm and this was repeated four times. At the time I was up from bed the alarm stopped so there were nothing I could do anymore..
But even though it was 'clearly' my alarm it still couldn't be my car lol.

Nah I don't know how eager people are digging the cars history in Finland, generally.
I believe it's an exception more than a rule to check those kind of things. We are honest people!
