Rear subframe question?? GS300 vs GS430

So I live up north and the rear sub frame of my 01 GS430 has a little rust. Me being **** I want to replace it with a used sub frame from cali.

My car 01 GS430
Donor car 02 GS300

so do the 300 and 430 have the same rear subframe?
