Default Rear Driveline bushing?

Hey guys, I recently had some work done on my car and My mechanic told me that my rear Driveline bushing is cracked.

I was searching around and could not determine exactly which part he is talking about, does anyone have any idea which part he is talking about? And is it a DIY job or does it require special shop tools?
