gs300bt

hey everyone, im new to this forum and was wondering if anyone had or know anything with the problems im having...
first of all Im a new owner of a 98 gs300 and don't know much about it.
1. radio fuse went out and I replace it, now the dome fuse blew and it keep on blowing everytime I put in a new one. on top of that the keyless, clock, and radio don't work.. ive checked all the other fuses and they seems to be just fine...

2. my wife locked the keys in the car and after trying to get in with the slim jim we finially got it to unlock with a hanger threw the door jam. now the power door button lock wont work unless the key is in the ignition and the auto tilt steering wheel wont set back into position...
