I would like to introduce Christine
Well I have been a member for a little while and finally decided to post some pics of my 2gs 300.
She has an interesting Story.
I was 18 and looking for a car... My dad had a ratty old '96 jetta that he had promised me... and after getting into it i realized that it was $3000 in repairs just to make it safe to drive. so i was like "eff that" anyway more to the point my dad bought this lexus off of his mechanic friend for himself... the lady before thought it was too much work so the mechanic put a lean on it and got dad a title. dad tore into it and saw it needed timing belt, head gasket, plugs, battery, and radiator... well he took it back to the mechanic to get it fixed... Mechanic says um your entire engine is toast. so dad took that old jetta and traded it for a '01 jetta, leaving me without a car. so i bought the lexus off dad for 300 and put in a $1050 engine shipped. and about 1000 in additional labor and parts (stories for another day) so here she is!

Here are some Interior pics!
So this is my stock radio. i will probably swap this for an alpine IVE-W535HD... but for now this will do... i modded it with the no fuss aux in mod found here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...-headunit.html
This is the XM radio i replaced my FM radio function in my car with using the mod listed above... if you look above no hanging cords everything is sleek and hidden.
A couple of my interior... can anyone tell me how to get coffee stains out of the headliner?????
Here is my dash and miles... the engine i put in had just over 50000 miles on it!
Also does anyone know how to get rid of the check bulbs light? all my lights are working...

Congratulations on the car! You'll love it!
If I may suggest, I would get a Pioneer AVH-5600BHS instead of the headunit you listed. The Pioneer has a larger screen, look better, and the user interface looks better as well while being inexpensive and having the same features as the Alpine.
