I think it's time to say good bye and move on to something bigger.

Wonder what its worth?
'98 GS400
330000 km (205000 miles)
Interior is visibly worn, no tears

The following need replacement/fixing
* windshield (has a crack)
* wheel speed sensor
* battery
* some led lights on stereo/ac unit not working

Curious what the street value would be and whether its worth selling or trading in? I dont want to invest any $ in it. I got offered 800 as trade in for LX but I think its pathetically low.

Thoughts?

Have you checked Kelly Blue Book or looked through the classifieds to see what different conditions of the same model usually go for?

Last Sept. I paid $46xx for my 98 GS400 - and this was its shape at the time (serviced more later on of course):

245,xxx miles
leather in good shape except driver seat has some creases and a tiny tear not really noticeable.
Paint excellent for age (looks new) minus a few random roof scratches (highway stuff?)
Engine/Trans - excellent
Bodywork - a few random miniscule dents on roof, hood, look like highway debri/ rash

Cons:
No records so I did Timing belt service
Oil spots - needed new cam seals, valve cover gaskets(?)
Needed new A/C compressor
Needed New waterpump
Needed new endlinks/upper control arm, tidbits

I'd say yours sounds like give and take much around my car except lower miles.
