If you take apart the buttons the piece where the wires attach will work their way through the channel in the factory wheel with a little effort. Should be the same to run them through the new wheel.

So, after I pop out the buttons (I assume that they would be pushed in until they click in , when assembling it ) I would need to take the buttons apart and pull out the wires and re-route them thru the channels on the new steering wheel , then assemble the buttons again .
Hopefully it would not be difficult thing to do . Thanks for the heads up

I found this thread and actually is my next project. So, first if I do not sell the car before. They asked these days in a private email that if I was selling my car? He say, I want to buy. Let's see what happens with that?

Hi i also bought this jdm wood steering wheel for my 2000 gs 300 lrxus white last night. Do you have pics of it on your car? Does it look good?
