Default Project: Blk out

im in the process of blking out my 2003 gs300......couple of pics uploaded....also looking for tips of other things to do....

so far...
yellow fog lights (from gs430)
clear (blue buld) corner markers
tinted tail lights
halo headlights
painted blk grill (factory grill just painted blk)
lexus lettering painted with plastic dip paint.
recently purchased is300 five star rims that i will be having powder coated and glossed blk
window have since been re-tinted darker
not really doing anything under the hood just going to keep everything original at this point.

usually i dont like the dark headlights on the black GS but i think that all looks well executed.

Can't say I'm a fan of the "blacking out" fad, but best of luck with the project.

thx man...was going to go with the chrome looking one....but i really like how these look at night with the halo's. will post a pic of how they look at night....

just the regular tan interior...i really wanted the blk, but im in texas and that just would not be fun during the summer lol

Don't forget the chrome trim around the the windows... use plasti dip or black vinyl

I don't normally like blacked out headlights either but that second pic is making me a believer... Good luck with the rest of the project. Looking forward to seeing it finished

If you black every single thing out this thing is going to look like a slab. But, you've gone so far you can't really turn back now.

I mean...the car looks to be in good shape - but doing it ALL in black just won't end well, IMO.

Take it from someone with a black/black car with (mostly) black wheels
