If you read you will see that there are limitations...

The Customer Support Program will last for ten (10) years after the expiration of any existing warranty for each of the covered parts, subject to a maximum limit of 150,000 miles, except that each eligible vehicle will receive no less than three (3) years of coverage from the date of final settlement approval


Read those 3. Most cars as old as yours are past 150,000 miles. You also had to have purchased your vehicle before December 28, 2012. Personally I cannot get this settlement for more than 1 reason. Read through it and see if you can use it but with a 99 GS...I doubt you are eligible.

That you read the settlement agreement and that your car meets the criteria to be fixed at their cost.

Did you read my post?? If your car is over 150,000 miles you will not be eligible.

Anybody have this work done in southern california? I have 2000 gs with 90,000 miles on it and I trying get the settlement done.
