Default Looking at new tires, what is everyone running?

I've been reading reviews on tirerack before but would enjoy any input from fellow GS drivers on what tires you have and anything you like or dislike about them, I have snow tires (blizzaks) for the winter on now and am looking for tires for the the rest of the year, I want something that handles reasonably well, but still has a fairly smooth ride, I don't need an all out ultra high performance tire. I'm leaning towards continental purecontacts with Ecoplus, anyone have these?

I had Toyo Proxes T1R's last summer and I'm propably going to buy them for this summer too.
Haven't had too much experience with different tires but imo those were nice and quiet for 235/35 & 265/30.

Now I'm running Kumho's as winter tires and they aren't the best for icy conditions.

Nitto nt555. Better than my previous achilles, federal, nexen, and hankooks. Not too bad on price either. Great tires.

I'm using all season Michelin Primacy MX4s. Solid tire that handles all types of conditions well, including snow. Although snow tires would obviously be better, but we don't typically get enough snow in my area to justify it.

Ihave the goodyear eagle gt, but continental gets my vote. I used to get cheaper tires, but now i only buy bridgestone, continental, godyear and micheline tires for my cars.

If you're looking at Tirerack, then you're probably looking for cheap or discontinued good quality tires. Personally, I don't like the tire rack, but that's a different story.

Currently, I'm running the Continental Extreme Contact DWS which has now been replaced by the Control Contact. I chose those the amount of driving I do a day. The mileage is great, the cornering is so-so, the road noise is great. My next set will be the Control contacts or the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 for better cornering and braking power.
