I need to refinish - or better yet - upgrade to stock OEM 17".

My question is - are these chrome plated wheels or polished aluminum?
I had two wheel / tire places look at mine - one said chrome because there is some corrosion / another said polished aluminum since there is no chrome flaking off the the edge where I have a bit of curb rash.

So - where is a good place to either send out my wheels to get re-finished - or even better - I'l love to trade them in on stock OEM 17".

Sources for 17" wheels and/or repair places very welcome - I'm in San Jose, CA area BTW....
