Default Outside Temp Reading Wrong

My HVAC panel indicates the outside temperature is 10 - 15 degrees warmer than actual outside temperature. Is there a way to reset the system, or has a sensor gone bad somewhere? If it is a sensor who knows where it is and how to replace it?

The sensor is probably bad. It's easy to get to behind the front bumper grille and about $15 brand new from Lexus.

Um, your not blocking off the radiator for recent cold weather use? Can affect sensor IME.

Nope, it doesn't get that cold here in PA. Good thought though.
