GS430 - 18x9.5 et30 Square setup Work Emotion CR Kai
Hi guys, looking for your input on this setup. I am about to build a set of wheels for my '03 GS430.
Wheel Specs:
Work Emotion CR Kai
18x9.5 et 30 front and rear
Tire Specs:
245/40/18 Dunlop DZII
Suspension Specs:
Tein CS coilovers
1/4" wheel gap all around
From searching through the boards, it seems most people have gone with 18x8.5 fronts without issues. Does this setup front and rear seem feasible? Can I get away without a fender roll given the wheel/tire specs and ride height with coilovers? I do not mind rolling front and rears if needed, but would like to know in advance before ordering this set. Please provide any input!
Happy holidays & happy motoring!!
-Jay

Don't worry you can do it
19x9.5 +20 215/35/19 with -5* camber all around, I have a lot of room to go, I can turn full lock at this set up. Now before people make assumptions...
With your tire set up and drop you stated you may be able to pull it of no problem.

Thanks for the info! If more members with this exact of similar setup can chime in, would be great!
Ran into this thread on clubaristo.com with 18x9.5 et12 but not sure his specs on the tires.

rolled fenders?
will clear no problem.
im on 18x9 +15 and 18x9 +5 on 245/40/18s and no rubbing issues. (overall offset w/ adapters). on tein ss with little vertical finger gap
fronts look like they poke out a bit, but clears fine. rears could actually poke out another 10mm honestly.
