I took the dash out when I did it. Not that I;m recommending that. I was already pulling the dash so, the fuse box was just a gimme.

Damn, I can imagine that is a whole lot of work. And the bad thing is that I just want to check my body ECU for a ground connection. Maybe ill check the driver door ecu first.

Check or swap out your door ECU as suggested before doing anything with that body ECU/fuse box.

Okay, will do. The same ground wire(green) from the body ecu should be in the door ECU right. When you say check? What exactly do you mean? Take it out/apart or check continuity?

I am taking everyones advice. I am now asking how? I understand to swap out, bit I have to go and get another one first. So I would to know how I can diagnose the one I have. I understand that I might have a ground issue. Just trying to learn here, that's all

open it and look for a burnt section OR as i said swap with a local member for a few seconds and check or check for continuity through it

Has anyone came up with a way to remove the fuse box? Without removing the whole dash assembly. I was able to remove the screws and disconnect the the front wire harnesses but I could not get it to move. Any advice would be great

Did you look in the manual?

Realistically how many people do you think have personally pulled that fuse box?

Well I have access to the Toyota Techstream but it does not mention anything about removing the dash. I have looked every where in the manual
