excessive dash heat??!!

Default excessive dash heat??!!

Help I have a strange heat issue(not that living in the desert helps) random hot air comes thru dash at cluster and both middle vents. The flaps close and open but still random hot spots any clues?? Fixed my door locks problems with a 3 dollar motor who would have known!!
