Headlight refurb.
I have recently tried getting my headlight polished up due to some wear. The outside of the lens has come up spotless, but it now appears the inside is where most of the damage is.
As it has a slight haze on the inside, the HID bulb is lighting up the whole lens and it looks horrible compared to the other.
This is the good condition headlight,
This is the damaged.
Would you think its worth splitting the headlight to try and polish the inside?
To purchase a new repro headlight in the UK is about £200 / $320 so if its doable, it might save some monies.

Your problem is condensation, your gonna have to take it out, bake it, open up and clean and re silicon everywhere, it's a pita, u might try your luck in the classifieds here and pick one up, or your gonna have to bite the bullet and buy new ones so they match...

I think if it's going to be a big issue, I may order the repro.
You have any idea if the repro headlights match up with the OEM ones?

Actually, I have double checked with the seller and it's a genuine part.

If you're just going for looks then it works but light output sucks, which is why I'm selling mine, but you can get them from the retrofit source.

How bad is the Q45 output? Obviously enough for you to sell them, but is it bearable?

Silly question but how do you open them exactly? I'd like to give the insides of mine a good wipe down/cleaning also.
