Default Has ANYONE passed emissions with a 2jzgte swap?

Like the title says.

Has anyone out there passed emissions testing with a JDM 2jzgte swap in their GS?

I have searched high and low and everything seems to end with no solution.

Note: I am not talking about inspection. I am referring to Emissions. A scanner has to be plugged into the vehicle and checked for DTCs and Readiness codes.

Would a stock GE ECU work just long enough to set readiness codes and scan?

If I was going to do that, I was going to look into using a USDM Supra ECU which talks OBD2. Figured if the supra could pass emissions so, could I. Technically you can't put an old motor into a newer car and pass but, I'm not sure how careful they are about that.

Jeff Tsai has. 806 RWHP and passed OBD2 inspection in Texas on E85.
Edit: I'm pretty sure he talked about it done with a plug in as well.

Legalities aside. I can get everything taken care of short of the actual scan itself.

The supra ECU sounds interesting? Any links on how much work it is to swap into the GS?
