What are the small bulbs in the high beam lights on my 98 gs 400

They are at the bottom and when do they work. They are not the high beam bulb

I know what lights your talking about just not sure of the name. they are on when the headlights are on

They are called parking lights, city lights.

like i said those lights come on with your headlights. have you checked to make sure there not burned out?

Yes, city lights or driving lights. They are a 194 size bulb.
