I am doing some testing at the moment and have been studying some products but still have not reached my final answer. My situation is im adding a bottom fiberglass lip on to my gs bumper and need something to bond fiberglass and plastic or abs not sure wat the our bumper material is but any help would be appreciated. The two surfaces overlap each other. Iveheardof people using lord fusor 100ez but tats I belive is for plastic welding. Once againg thanks in advance.

our bumper i polyurethane.. JB weld could possibly work or any bonding agent that body shops use.

Jb weld may work. Just be sure that the surface is clean of all oils, soaps, paints, dust, etc.... ( get the picture). If not, it will not adhere good, and will be able to pull it right off.

My main concern is the wind while I drive my start to flex and tear it

My $0.02:

Research the tensile strength of epoxy resin, and you'll try and reinforce with a mechanical fastener for long term reliability. Unless there is some kind of mechanical interleaving, I'd not trust just an adhesive unless the add-on is designed for that alone.
