Im having stiff steering will a bad Rack cause this .

When I had those symptoms I replaced the lower ball joints and all was good (except the speed sensor on driver's side got messed up)

just came back from the dealer he says everything checked out ok .he said ove time these car are suppose to become stiffer then usual.i dont buy that.so do u think the 430s have silnode filter on the rack like the old ls400s.maybe i need to clean that
