Default Radio changes stations - on its own!?

not sure if this explanation will make sense...I have a preset on the factory radio for my 02 GS300 for 100.3 FM. From to time while listening to that station, the radio tunes to another station, 92.9 FM. It will eventually switch back to 100.3 with varying time to revert to the station saved for that preset. I tried saving to another preset, moving from preset 4 to 3 or even 2, but it still happens. I will be driving down the road, listening to the radio and suddenly the station changes from 100.3 to 92.9. The station formats are different, 100.3 being music and 92.9 being talk. After a few seconds or eventually after a few minutes, the station will change back to 100.3. This only happens with these two frequencies. I did a search and couldn't find a similar topic on this...has anyone else experienced this and how did you resolve?

Assuming you live in Dallas, your car doesn't like Jack FM.

residual haunting... you must've done somthing bad.. put a night vision camera in your car overnight. if you catch something, call zak from ghost adventures and have them do a documentary.

It happened to my Acura TL it had a Bose system. Being that we live in hot climates I think something got cooked in there lol. Just replace with an aftermarket unit and call it a day.

I think there is a radio setting that can cause this. Standby while I look.

EDIT:

RDS (Radio Data System) AF (Alternative Frequency) function: When the RDS isturned on, a station providing good reception isautomatically selected if current reception worsens.

Debonair - that was the fix. Press and hold RDS until the beep. I read the manual but without glasses.. Thank you.
