Driver's Side Headlight Dirtiness on 2nd Gen GS's
I've noticed on almost every 2nd gen GS that the driver's side headlights are always dirtier than the passenger side headlights. I have this problem on my car and I even used some headlight restoring stuff and the driver's side headlights are still dirtier than the passenger side ones. Does anyone else notice/have this issue? Any suggestions on what causes it and/or how to fix it?

My passenger is worse. But it has a leak that lets water on the inside so no matter how much I polish it there is still a yellowish color there. Driver side looks new once polished.

Hmm that could be the problem, maybe there was a leak on my driver's side because same here, everytime I polish it its still hazy, probably from the inside. Just needa find the source of the leak now

went ahead and gave the toothpaste a whirl, both headlights had about the same level of haziness/plaque.
half way through the process
and voila!
this is the crap i got off them:
I did this as a pre-treatment to the headlight restoring kit i bought from Autozone for 30 bucks. All i used was regular Colgate toothpaste (2 bucks), a few sheets of paper towels (from the 99 cent roll), a squirt bottle to clean and wipe off the grime, and some microfiber towels to dry the headlights (99 cents for two from Autozone).
EDIT:
disregard the bird poop, this was prior hitting the car wash
