Default Fuse removal help on 98 GS3

I need some help. Trying to remove 60 amp cartridge fuse in fuse box located under the hood by the battery. Some post say that it is screwed in from underneath but I can't figure out just how to remove it. Pics would be greatly appreciated or detailed advice. I thought replacing fuses should be a simple task. Please help.

Fusible links are bolted in place. Access the panel from the underside.

How did you blow the 60 amp?

How do you remove the under hood fuse box to unbolt the fuse that is blown.
Thanks

Unbolt the complete fuse box, remove under side cover to access the 60amp fuse.

This is a major circuit, do you know why it blew?
