GS400 Crank/No Start - Lots of codes
GS400 started acting up on Sunday. Car would idle real low and shut down. Would restart it and hold the throttle open slightly to keep it idling, and as it warmed up it returned to normal.
After driving throughout the day the car shut off and wouldn't restart. It would crank fine and it has compression but will not fire. After pulling the codes I have the following.
P0300 random/multi miss
P0302
P0304
P0306
P0308 (all cylinder misfire codes)
I've also got a P1128 and a P1354. I believe the 1354 is for a blocked OCV on bank 2. This would cause a misfire on bank two, throwing the codes listed above. The 1128 states that it is a problem with the throttle body.
I did a spark test and I am getting spark, so that means I am not getting any fuel Would these check engine codes have anything to do with that, or should I continue my troubleshooting along a different path?
Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you Clublexus.

Update...
I cannot hear the fuel pump priming, replaced EFI relay which did not fix the issue. I have not swapped the ENG MAIN relay yet.
I want to know how the ENG MAIN relay works in relation to the rest of the car. Would there be something else preventing +12v from getting to it, or would a bad ENG MAIN relay prevent fuel pump priming at all?

Swapped ENG MAIN relay, no success. Attempted to bypass the fuel pump ECU and the car still will not start.
This means that the fuel pump has probably died, I will be testing for +12v at the pump and the pump ECU soon to ensure this is correct.
The CEL codes do not have a bearing on startup, since the clogged OCV forced the car to drop the spark on bank 2, throwing all the misfire codes. The e-gas codes will require a new TB which I will pick up shortly.
