Why don't you shave the rears instead of rolling them?

Good on you for trying, but those wheels [slammed or not] don't FLOW with the lines of the GS... Too sporty, the GS NEEDS a little lip.

Don't get me wrong, a good start by playing with the BMW wheels, a nice project would be to score some style 5's and rebarrel them to a 19" with some step-lips.

I had style 5's on my 5 series that i actually traded for this gs300. I disagree though. Now that i see that photoshop im SURE i made the right decision.

Hey, that's what good NY GS neighbors do for each other. Especially since I work not to far from your town. You should see Ty's car around when the weather gets better on the meadowbrook pkwy.

I'm not really feeling it either, but props for the hard work!

Agreed.

I always like to see people try new things but I'm not feeling those wheels either on the 2GS. They are too flat and just look odd imho.

There are several more appropriate BMW wheels out there, but that's just one man's opinion.

Former strong islander here. The GS looks clean! The shaved trunk lights are an interesting mod. I've been considering the front spoiler lip, but I kinda like the gap that the stock spoiler has.
What tires are those? The side walls look beefy. My Falken rears are 275 19s and they're flush with the body. The rims would be perfect if the spokes were solid.
Is she dropped at all? Im using HRE springs and am happy with the results, but coil overs are definitely in the future.

The shaved inner lights is an old mod. Not a fan of BMW wheels on a Lexus. Guess I'm O.G old shool.

Clean whip though!
