Im going to suggest some Achilles ATR sports I have read a lot of good things about them, and they are VERY CHEAP i know cheap and good usually dont go together but i have only read good things about them from drifters to daily drivers. . im gong to be ordering some as soon as they are in stock in about a month.
I want to run a 255/35/19 on my 10.5 but they only come in 245/35/19 or 265/35/19. So i will just go with 245/35/19 with how low my ride height is. i just know 245/35/19 will spin out a lot because i will have more boost this season. whatever i guess.

im running a 245/35 on a 19x11.. +0 at -8.5. however on a prior set of the te37 reps from varrstoen i ran 225/35 front as well on a 19x9.5 and it was a pretty good amount of stretch. 245 on 10.5 is a good amount of stretch that matches the front, and is also what i ran. i wouldnt run anything lower. I usually do around 45 psi with my current setup, and have 0 problems whatsoever.. *knock on wood.
as for tires, i personally love Achilles ATR sports as well as their '2233'. theyre cheap, stretch amazing, as well as have quite good tread wear rating.

I run 45 psi in mine...
same exact set up as you.
19x9.5 +22 Front, 19x10.5 +22 rear

but my front tires im running 40 series due to no $ for new ones so i swapped over from my old wheels. they're not too stretched. they're the hankook v12

rears im running falken 452..245/35 and they're a minor stretch. just the right amount to clear your quarter panel if they're shaved almost flat... PM me and i'll try and get some pics for you.

besides the size, it really depends on the brand of tires. Not all tires stretch the same. It will also depend on the clearance "you need". I dont know what you mean by slammed or how slammed you want to be, but lets say you want to be as close to the fender as possible, well, it will be hard with a 40 series. Sooo...for the 35 series you are running you should be perfectly fine. I ran 215/40/18 and 225/40/18 on my 9.5 and 10.5. I drive my car everyday and had no problems, especially Achilles, I love those tires. Now, my I run 225/40 and 235/40 on my 10 and 11 wide wheels. I am rubbing on the fenders so its hard to go lower, I will need to switch to 35 series or go 215/40 front and 225/40 rear. See what I mean? it all depends on your needs. BUT if your slammed is not like the slammed im thinking about, you should be perfectly fine!

BTW...I run 42-45 PSI on my tires. Also, If the used tires isnt too used and upon inspection they look good to go, I wouldnt mind getting them. I have never ran used tires yet since I want everything to be even but even new tires can fail as well.

I know

I have a lot of financial stuff I have to deal with, got some back tires but need to run a smaller size, so they are back up for sale.

A whole month later and still no tires? Why not just go with a used set temporarily? I know you're not still looking for ideas on what sizes to run.
