Ran out of gas!!
Just got my gs a few weeks ago. Today the gas light came on I thought I would have a couple miles to the station but it sudddenly died. Put about 2 liters to get me to the nearest station and it filled up 55liters our tanks are suppose to be 80liters which means I'm not getting gas from the reserve side of the tank. What pumps gas from the reserve side to the main side?

There is a siphon "jet" system that is part of the fuel pump assembly that siphons the gas from the other side of the gas tank (over the hump) to be equal to the pump side of your tank. That probably is not working in your car. If you serviced your fuel pump, you need to make sure that the hoses were all attached.

Hmm, when my low fuel light comes on, I immediately find a fill station within a couple miles. Fig not good on the fuel pump to be so low. Takes 15g to fill up when light first comes on. Light comes on between 1/4 and E lines.

I'm that guy who drives with low gas semi-frequently. Until the needle is past the last E-line my car will still keep going. 60K over 5 years (I think) of quality gas and the occasional additive and I am still running smooth. The car has 85K when I got it, 145+K now.
I have run out of gas once - was going to stop on the way home and forgot. Ran out two blocks from my house. Pulled over, walked home, and got a second car and gas can. Laughed at myself pretty hard. Only Chevrolet Camaro and BMW drivers should tremble at the thought of low gas, in my experience at least.
The fuel pump might run hotter and might die sooner then necessary but at 145+K I would be OK with replacing it. Also I prefer to go about my business and fill up when it is convenient for me, not the fuel pump.
