Default Getting the GS ready

So I just purchased a 01 GS430 over July 4th weekend. Car has 108000 miles on it and there are just a few things that I need to do before I start driving it in Oct as a daily driver.

1. Replace factory amp- Done
2. Replace rear brake light bulbs- Done
3. Find plastic splash shield
4. Replace spark plugs.
5. Replace brake pads.
6. Replace front passenger side door lock actuator.
7. Possible timing belt replacement.

Ball joints I know are done. Timing/H2O pump currently checking on. I know Carfax is not very trust worthy but it shows something different than what seller tells me. So Im trying to get a hold of the dealer the owner of the car was going to. The owner was a 77 yr old man that has cancer and asked is son-in law to handle the sell. So I think some lines must of gotten crossed when the owner was telling his son-in-law about the car.
