thats not even close to being true.... if you extend a item past its intended use it will create more stress on said item

Default What did you do to your GS today?

Picked up my GS430 today from my guy's shop. Got upper control arms, lower ball joints, and outer tie rods replaced. All MOOG. Had the inner tie rods but he said that they were still solid. So he didn't swap them out. I trust his judgment. He's never steered me the wrong way. Also, gotta oil and filter change while it was there. Charged me $300 altogether. Got the car aligned right after at Firestone since I have lifetime alignment. My guy said all looks in 100% solid condition down there but to be extra safe, the sway bar links needed to be swapped out in the next 6 months to be fair. So I went ahead and ordered MOOG links today. Fairly cheap. I trust MOOG. Never has given me problems on ANY of my cars. The car drives amazing now. I have noticed the steering much harder but smoother when I go over holes and bumps in the street. Overall satisfied with the repair experience. Will take back this following Thursday to get the sway bar links put on and also solder up some holes in the Y pipe after the cat converters to eliminate that exhaust leak sound. That's it! GODBLESS everyone on CL. Wish everyone a great evening!

Has anybody replaced or does anybody know if a new GS steering wheel can replace a 2007 GS 450h wheel? Test drove a 2013 GS and loved the sporty steering wheel look and feel.

Your car look nice, specially with the blue tint on the inner light. You're lucky not to live in Central Fl. . The police here give you a ticket immediately for that. No Blue, Red light in front of the car. Only emergency vehicles can use it. Is like $125.00 for that.

Please excuse my lack of exhaust tips, I was polishing them last night and completely forgot to put them back on, I only realized this after looking at these photos

Here's a mini photoshoot:
