Convinced myself that 19" wheels are next.
Closes up wheel gap some.
Rases chassis up abit off the floor.
Win Win.
Yes that's me trying to wedge my key under front bumper lol.

Don't get those cheap eBay stick on ones, you will only be disappointed. I would suggest either OEM or WeatherTech. I have the WeatherTech visors and I couldn't be happier with them.

Put some 'Ping Jing' sound deadener in the boot and around the rear seats, and made a little amp mount on the brace behind the back seats. Hopefully when I put all the carpet back in the amps will be able to mount straight through it, to the MDF rack.

Got an Alpine IVE-W554ABT double din headunit, Polk MM6501 front speakers, Alpine MRP-M850 Mono amp and a Alpine Type X 12" sub, in a small(ish) box. I still need to pick up a 4 channel amp and some rear speakers, and I'll be going to a custom sub box reasonably soon

Attachment 493720

Heaps of deadening in the spare wheel well (and the wheel and tyre are 100% brand new and look mint!)

thanks for the info was pretty sure just wanted to make 100%. I cant win with these day time running lights. I like the road safety of them but they are so ugly. My state requires high beams every 2 years for inspection so id have to take them out and put them back in which isnt that bad i guess but i do live in a suburban farm style area of the country so i need high beams.. I did make the d2r mod but didnt jump the fuses yet. hmmmm

The only reason I got rid of my DRLs was because they're yellow. I think I'm going to get these LED ones though since I don't use my high beams.

I would suggest the fuse jump method as you can take it out or put it back in less than a minute if you want to completely get rid of them. Plus you can still use your high beams if you jump the fuses
