Default Having throttle issues with my 2jzgte swap GS

So my car has been sitting for about a week last time I started the car up. But today it wouldn't start so I jumped started it with the other car. Once I cranked my gs it started to rev high then rev low and it just kept doing that for no reason. I didn't have this problem last time I started the car. Does anyone have any idea what this problem might be?

Maybe a bad tps??

Try jumping a wire in the diagnosis box from E1 to Tc and count how many times the check engine light flashes when you key the igtion to ACC.

Do the RPMs fluctuate right when the car starts or after it warms up?
