cloth seats and no sunroof is a downgrade in my opinion

Some people just like rare cars. Just cause you guys don't like it doesn't mean someone else wouldn't. Personally, I wouldn't get this either, but it was a cool find.

Some people value these "features"... Couple years ago on the ES boards someone intentionally bought one without leather & sunroof. Ironically enough it came WITH hids which were an expensive option on the ES...

So the original owners of any used car have had their reason!
