My girlfriends gauge instrument light all of a sudden stopped working tonight after pumping gas. She noticed that the cars battery terminal was loose and had no power to the car. Went to push down the terminal has power to the car but lost the lighting in the instrument panel. When car is on acc some of the light indactors turn on but missing the oil pressure light auto level light battery light and one or two more. The radio light and climate light doesn't work also when the headlights are turned on but when lights are off the radio and climate lights work. Checked all fuses and nothing was blown dont know what it could be. Im not to sure is she shorted anything while putting the terminal back onto the battery but the terminal was never completely off all she had to do was push it down. Any help would be nice. You sure you checked all fuses ? Both kick panels ?
If all fuses are good, I'll start by disconnecting the battery ( neg. terminal ) for a couple of minutes.

Thanks clos430 after resetting the battery it turned right back on
