Lost key fob

I have lost the only remaining lock fob that I had, Can I replace it and dose the computer need to be reprogramed

Yes and yes. You buy them at the dealer and they program it for you.

There are some directions somewhere here in Club Lexus with the program instructions so you can do it your self and save some $$
