Thanks guys. I'll have to post up some interior shots later as it's locked up in my garage only as collateral until the current owner gets the title back from the bank (I paid for only a portion of this car to pay off his lean, he gets the rest of the $ when the title comes and I get the keys). Its preforated black leather (sport design). I believe the sport design items were added after purchase not from the factory on this car but I am not 100%. Either way, it has the appropriate fender emblems, ashtray, shift **** and seat fabric. Yes the chrome wheels were factory optioned on this car! I work as a tech for Lexus so I can look up all of this stuff. Lucky for me this car has had all ball joints replaced, strut rods, front control arms, timing belt, water pump already replaced! 111k miles. It still needs some work but nothing I can't handle in a few days.
I have a couple questions, some that I should know but will ask anyway:
How can I tell if the car has had the L-Tuned steering ECU? How would I go about getting it done? This is something I will ask when I go back to work tomorrow.
I'm interested in getting PPE headers and the Injen intake. I noticed on their respective websites it only lists the headers to work on up to 2004 and for the intake up to 2003. Is this just something that hasn't been updated or is there a real reason why these wont work for a 2005 model?

Thanks for clearing this up! Yes it did come from CA so it has the 3rd cat instead of a resonator, but it will be deleted since I'm in Las Vegas.

the Sport Designs GS300's have a different steering ecu as compared to most models also though
ALL 2001+ models regardless of where they come from have a 3rd cat....

This is all good info. Do you know exactly what the difference was with the Sport Design? Like I said this car has what I thought was everything they come with, minus the ECU. I also figured they switched to 3 cats on all of them at some point just didn't know when but I know on the older non-CA models had a resonator instead of a cat.
