Default Cooling Fan Problems with 2002 GS3...constantly on!

SOLVED!! A/C Pressure Switch...pulled off a 1GS

Hey all...mom's car has constantly running fans...both the Rad fan and Condenser Fan from Key-On position..they do not shut off. Car is a 2002 GS300 Sport Design, 101k miles

Tried:

1- Pulled Big green fan relay....rad fan goes off, but not AC fan
2- Pulled Fan Relay #2 position....A/C fan goes off, but not rad fan
3- Pulled Fan Relay #3...nothing
4- Unplugged Fan switch on Radiator....still run constant
5- Replaced Coolant Temp Sensor on block, under head, up front...No Change
6- All Fuses for fans are good in underhood fuse panel.

Car had just had full timing belt change(water pump, belt, seals, etc...all OEM)

Anyone have any ideas? Would both Fan Relays go bad at the same time?

Haavent pulled the Radiator back out to check for pinched wires or anything, but cannot see anything from top or from underneath that is suspect

Totally stumped...any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance!
