Default Spongy brakes on gs400

hey guys just replaced brake pads on all 4 tires and when i brake it feels really spongy and also feels like it could go all the way down to the metal if not stopped.
Tried to bleed the air out but dont know if i did it right! this is what i did:
ignition ON loosed the rear right bleeder ( fluid start to come out slowly/dripping but can't tell if theres air in it or not) couple minutes later moved to the rear left same procedure.
front left with someone pumping and hold! 3-4 times the to the right!

please let me know what is the correct way to do it if am doing it wrong! and no the reservoir didnt run out dry! thanks in advance .

spongy brakes = air in the system. Something must have gone wrong. If you can't get it right, take it to a shop.

Each brake caliper has to be bled more than once. You will have to refill the reservoir a couple of times. Basically you want to purge not only the air but also the old fluid out of the system. What I did when I bled my brakes was to hook up a clear tube to the bleeder valve. The clear tube enabled me to see when the fluid that's coming out is free of air bubbles.

The sell tubes with one way valves. Makes bleeding a breeze

I highly recommend you do more research before you bleed your brakes.

The integrated master brake cylinder / ABS unit itself needs to be bled...which can be done via an insanely expensive scan tool. Or find an open field and purposely activate ABS and then bleed again.

Not sure what you mean...You need to bleed until no air comes out.. Its not the number of times that matter..
