WORD! German engineering is overrated and definitely overpriced. Japanese cars are the best on planet worth. Strong, reliable, luxurious enough to compete with any competitor depending on which car you like, definitely the MOST SOLD on planet earth (Honda), and when times are tough, even the most expensive models aren't that bad to repair. My GS430 is a little bit more expensive then my 98' Honda Civic CX hatch. And boy what a difference between the two. I'm not a hater though, my friend enjoy your Audi A8. God Bless!

nice upgrade. i went from a gs300 and was torn between 08a8l and ls460, couldn't find a8l in color/options i wanted so ended up with LS.

Make friends with your service adviser since audi certified is not that easy to deal with. Friend had a 05 a6 certified and some repairs the dealer tried to classify as "malfunctions due to lack of maintenance". Also audio/navi/mmi wasn't covered. He regretted the purchase right after the first $2k repair of supposedly certified car.
