Default What you think my GS400 Blk/Blk is worth

I am thinking of parting ways with my Daily driver and picking up a smaller car as i also have an 05 LS430 UL.

It's 98 GS 400 Blk/Blk with Xenons, Heated Seats, Nakamichi, Spoiler.
Everything is fully functional and Car runs really good..Just spent over $4k in repairs since last year.
Car is ready for another 200k miles...No leaks, hesitation.

Never had any Accidents, Clean title (Front bumper, front end has been resprayed to get rid of rock chips)

Bad:
Car has 281k miles (majority were from highway driving Nj/NY to TX)
AC Compressor is shot (Will be fixing that in the next few days)

Good:
Car runs just like any GS400 with 100k miles (still quiet, strong, pulls hard)
Interior is in very good shape (No Rips..Leather is still soft, Regulary conditioned with Lexol)
All Seals have been replaced (Crank, Cam, Valve cover gaskets...etc)w
New oil Pump
New Water Pump
New timing Belt
New Radiator
New Fluids (Trans, Coolant, diff...etc) )OEM Fluid
New Bushings (Daizen)
New Lower ball joints
New Blisten Shocks with Teins springs
Car currently has 19" Volks GT-V staggered wheels with 245s in the front and 285s in the back
New Continental DWS tires with less than 10k miles

Don't really wanna give the car away just because it has 281k miles...This car has never let me down.

No expense have been spared when it came to the maintenance.

Wow only $4K? Wish you would have posted this a few days ago. Just brought a 99 GS300 DWP/Tan w/ 146K for $7450.

The maintenance history was unbelievable. 1 owner brought the car cash in 99, all dealer serviced (up until the month I brought it)
Guy spent at least $15-18K on maintenance over the past 14yrs.

W/ the mods and condition I'd sell it for at least $6000. Lowest $5500.

Will not sell the car for $4k (Parts + Labor) for all the maintenance alone cost $4k since last year...if car was junk, it would bring in $3k +

Volks alone are worth $2k....Black/Black with nice interior that is not torn up n trashed.
All Gauges, Audio (All speakers + Sub), HVAC lighting works 100%

The car averaged 20k miles per year... Granted u paid a lot in maintenance but that comes with the territory. Take the rims off and try to sell for maybe $4500 and try to squeeze the $2k from ur rims separate for $6500ish

Its the mileage that is going to make/break the offers and u'll counter with all the service records

Doesn't really make any financial sense to sell the car as its worth more to you than anyone else.

Mods don't really add value to any car unless the car is well known and has some history behind it.
The only time I've seen mods add value is on cars like Supras when they have a lot of history and records behind them.

I am a wholesale dealer, and high mileage cars really take a hit even if they are extremely clean and well maintained. Your car might retail at a dealership for $5,500 at most.

Here's what they are going for wholesale right now:
notice that the lower mileage ones bring more money than the high mileage ones.
