Default I get 375 miles on a full tank

I get 375 miles on a full tank, and the needle is on dead E, i keep the needle under 2k rpm at all times and never go over 60mphand this is with the ac on all the time, i used to hot rod it and get 280miles a tank. Now that i feather the throttle i get more.

Just sharing my thoughts and i recommend this driving method to everyone if your trying to get the most mpg out of your car and less wear and tear on the drive train.

Straight shot highway driving will ALWAYS yield better gas mileage for our cars.

Wow, with a 430! I get 450KM (280 miles) to the low fuel light on my 400. I totally respect your technique, but 60mph would get you killed on on an Alberta highway. I am going to try the 2000rpm method in the city and see if that improves things for me.

i hate driving that slow, i'd rather use more gas and enjoy my GS than drive that way. Still average 23 mpg in the GS4 with a semi heavy foot.

I probably get about 10 mpg. Pedal to the metal everywhere, lol.

Default Did we already talked about this LOL

Here is southern California and on the weekend only, I was average 25 mpg while doing @ 75-80mph. So 25 * 16 =400 with my GS300. On weekdays forget it. I don't even care with my inline 4 Camry LOL. There are lots of previous discussion regarding mpg in here and its all vary with geographically.
