Not dropped. Completely stock. 02 GS430

It should fit, from the tire sizing. but i know that the g35 offsets are pretty high. it doesnt look like it sits flush with the fenders or there is any poke so it should fit just fine

Yea. Any set of rims that will fit a g35 coupe will fit a gs300/400.
