Default Who's running 20x8.5 et/offset 30 fronts????

Found a set of staggered rims I'd like to pick up ( I've tried search and no luck so far plus it's late lol) fronts are 20x8.5 et30 with 245/35s and rears are 20x10 et45 with 285/30s. I know the rears will fit because the offset is 45(safe) my question is will the fronts fit/clear the brakes and/or fenders?? Will the 245/35s work or will a 30series tire be needed?? Are fender mods needed?? Car isn't lowered yet but will be soon on coilovers. Thanks in advance...:thumbup

Im on 20x9 30 offset in the front with 235/30/20, used to be on 255/35/20 and rubbed with front fender liner on large turns. but so far with my current set up Ive had no problems. but I'm also not lowered yet

Thanks vwynn, but with your 19" I'm sure you only had like a skinny 225/35, my fronts are 245/35 and 20"... That's a big sidewall!!

crap. totally neglected the tire size LOL.. my bad.

i was running 235/35/19 front. indeed your tire size is larger than mine and well larger than OEM. I wouldnt recommend going outside the OEM OD size.

why not run a 30 aspect ratio?

You'll have some rubbing with the 245/35 on there, at least if you're lowered (which IMHO you really should be before putting wheels on). A 225/35 tire will mostly solve the rubbing problem without "real" fender mods. I heated and bent the plastic fender liner in a few spots along the top of the arch and don't have any significant rubbing. They're not real aggressive but the 245 tire will be a problem in my experience.
