Default car down. please help thx

car wont start.. rained hard this morning at work and when i got off went to start the car it won't start.
So thinking its the battery we tried to jump start it. right when we hook up the jumper cables the car want to start on its own without the key even in or turning it. so quickly pulled the jumper cables off and hearing clicking noises, it was the relay so went to buy that and changed it and no clicking. thought i could jump start again but it does the same thing car try to start when hooking up the jumper cable... i don't know much bout anything.. but called up someone and they said it probably is electrical problem?

when i put the key in no power at all. doesnt turn or anything. really need my car as im expecting my son anyday now.. sigh any insight or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks Luther

I'm taking a wild guess and saying your starter is jacked up! What do you have a 300 or 400/430 ?
