Uhhh sorry guys that's the only picture I could find of the car. But the guys overseas either use custom LS600 brackets for the retrofit, or the real deal. I've also seen the 5 projector headlight in the outers, just trying to find them right now

use the "cv" brand. follow the directions and your headlights will look brand new. you can get it at autozone. its 25bucks. comes in a foil pouch. here's the website.

pretty simple. sand with 800 grit, then 1000 grit then polish with rubbing compound..then apply the super secret ingredient...and shazam brand new looking headlights.

If you want to clean up your headlights a little trick I learned a while ago was using wheel polish like meguiars mag and aluminum on the lenses. You can just use a cloth. That stuff is great for everything. After I get done cleaning up the lenses I wax the headlights and they look brand new.
The ONLY way it should be done is the exact same process with the sanding but then get them clear coated, cut and buffed and you'll be good to go forever.

and yea, oem best way to go.
you should do a retro fit with q45:
or LS430:
or any other projector. the q45 LOOKS best, the LS430 preforms BEST. LS460 fills the cavity better, but not as pretty.

When doing the retro fit, thats a great time to get the lenses clear coated on both the inside and outside. Doing this can kill 2 birds with one stone and save lots of money.
