Default Lights

Hello my headlights and foglights do not shut off anymore when exiting and locking the car it used to shut off in 30sec just a week ago. Now I have to manually shut them off. Dont mind the manual but the automatic surely spoiled the hell out of me. Is there something i can do or I have to go to the dealer.

Its possible there's a sensor saying a door or your trunk is open. Either of those being open keeps the lights on, if it was a door your dome light would stay on too and you'd notice that but may not notice if its sensing the trunk as open.

I'm sure there's other possible causes but that was the first thing that came to mind.

if one of the doors was left open when you try to lock the car it would have a long continuous beep until you go and reclose the door.

Your lights stay on for 30 seconds?!???? Mine switch off the moment I open my door.

It could be one of the door jamb sensors sticking. I can't remember if the GS has them but many cars have those little push sensors with a rubber cover, see if one of them has been jammed.
