How may bushings are there in the front suspension of the GS400???

How may bushings are there in the front suspension of the GS400???
Hello all CL members!
Please help, I have a GS400 with 144k miles now and i think its a good time to replace all the bushings of the front suspension but i have no idea of how many are there. I have read a few posts of some of the members did their Castor Arm bushing but what is a castor arm? is it the lower control arm? please help me pointing out all the bushings locations. Any diagrams, pix or links to DYI of these bushings is greatly appreciated. Also please post all of the tools that are necessary to get these bushings job done.

Sway Bar Bushings
I think that's it for the front suspension bushings... And your LBJ's have bushings on them also. If they look worn then you might want to change them.
